Shipping, returns and privacy.

UK orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days and sent tracked. Shipping is free on orders over £40.00 and £3.95 otherwise.

Changed your mind? Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened items that have caused a reaction can still be returned within 30 days — message us first and we will take it from there.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your delivery address. That information is used to process and ship your order and to contact you about it.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists because you placed an order. Messages sent through the contact form are kept so we can answer them.

You can ask us to delete your order history and contact details at any time using the contact form, and we will do it within 30 days.

Placing an order creates a request to buy. We confirm the order by email, and a contract is formed once we accept it and take payment.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Product descriptions are written in good faith; formulations and packaging can change, and the current ingredient list always appears on the product page and the pack.

Our products are cosmetics and not medicine. If you have a diagnosed skin condition or are pregnant, check with a professional before introducing actives such as retinol.
